Take
the following easy steps to place your order from SADC Bookstore
and other S. O. Wealth Library Online Merchants and make your payment
in NAIRA, Nigeria’s currency . . .
There are THREE simple ways
(See below for comprehensive instruction if you are placing
order from S. O. Wealth Library Online Merchants).
Way
One:
You
could visit SADC Bookstores at 28, Esuola Street, Off Ago
Palace Way, Okota, Isolo, Lagos and buy (or make payment for
what you're ordering online) directly from our
bookstore.
Way
Two:
You could place order for it (if you're ordering
them from our own bookstore), asking that your order be
posted to you by registered mail, in which case you will add
N500 to the price or .
Way
Three:
You
could place order for it asking that your order be shipped
to you by courier (for faster, guaranteed delivery). If you choose this
option, you will add N1,500 for shipping and handling.
Whether
you choose Way No. 2 or Way No. 3, you are expected, in addition,
to take the following steps:
Step
One:
Pay the total sum (your order plus shipping cost (N500 extra
for registered post) or N1,000 (for
courier delivery) into the following bank account: SADC Bookstores
account with Zenith International Bank number 6011107665
Step
Two:
Then reach us through any of the following channels to
inform us about the payment you made and the items you paid
for –

Kindly
note: It is absolutely important that you write your name
and correct address when you are contacting us with your payment.
Also
note that postal, office or residential address MUST be indicated
to make delivery of your order easy.
Also
note that if you choose registered mail, you MUST provide
accurate post office address (example: P, O, Box 123456789,
Anywhere in Nigeria).
Step Three:
On
receiving your order and payment confirmation, we would contact
our bank to confirm if the money has been credited to our
account. Once the bank says “yes,” we shall ship
your order within 48 hours maximum. Otherwise we shall contact
you if there is going to be any delay.
If
you follow these steps, you will find that we shall serve
you better and faster.
VERY
IMPORTANT NOTICE
Please always remember to tell us the name on your teller
and the address to send your order to. Lack of these vital
information have unnecessarily delayed our ability to fulfill
orders promptly. Please help us serve you better.
Instruction For Placing Order from S. O. Wealth Library Online
Merchants
1.
You MUST access the merchant's website through S. O. Wealth
Library using the links that we provide. This is absolutely
important. We shall not make payment for orders that are not
placed through our website.
2.
Once you discover what you want to order, simply send an email
to our Bookstore Manager at olalekanoluseye@sadcnigeria.org saying:
"Kindly let me know what I'll pay in Naira for (give the name
of the item and the website offering it).
3.
On receiving your email, the Bookstore Manager will visit the
site and compute the amount (including the cost of shipping
and handling as well as our own service charge (you'll be
given the breakdown). He will then email you back and tell you
what you should pay in Naira. Or,
alternatively . . .
4.
You will go through the ordering process at the merchant's
website up to the point you're required to make payment. When
you get to that point, print out the page or copy it and paste
it on an email page that you will send to our Bookstore
Manager at olalekanoluseye@sadcnigeria.org
5.
On receiving your email, the Book Store Manager will then
contact you and let you know the Naira value of what you're
placing order for. Once you agree with what you're asked to
pay, which will include our service charge, you will then take
the next step.
6.
Whichever of the two options above you choose, what you're
required to do next at this point is follow steps 1, 2, 3 and
4 above and strictly comply with the guidelines. That's it.
You're done!
7.
Your order will be shipped to you directly by the merchant
you're placing order from. That implies that you would have
supplied your delivery address in line with the guideline
provided by the merchant when you're filling the order form
and include shipment and handling charges when you're adding
up the total cost of your order.
8.
Please note that once we provide you with evidence of payment
to the merchant, we shall not be in any way liable if for any
other reason besides non-payment for your order, something
goes wrong with your order.
9.
Therefore, before we undertake to make payment for what you're
ordering from the S. O. Wealth Library Online Merchants, you
MUST include the following statement in your email requesting
this service:
"I hereby agree and
confirm that the Owners of

or SADC and their staff are not liable if something goes wrong
with my order for other reasons apart from non-payment for it
by SADC to the merchant from whom I'm making the order."
By
agreeing to this term, it does not mean that we shall not
assist you to contact the merchant if your order is not
delivered. It simply means that you understand that once we
have made payment to the merchant and they provided valid
receipt for the payment, we have discharged our responsibility
to you.
Please note that where extensive follow-up is required for
your order, you will be billed for the follow-up service. The
service charge will be determined by the extent of follow-up.
