minute because of unforseen circumstances. A promise was made
that it would be held at a later date.

for February 2004. The three-day course will now hold from
Thursday, February 26 to Saturday, February 28, 2004. The

When we receive this request, we shall confirm your place
and give you instruction as to how to pay for the course.
Only those whose payment are received a week before the course
is scheduled to take off will be guaranteed a seat in the
